Polyester Fibre

Polyester fibre is a non-woven filter material prepared using flame-retardant polyester short fibres with different ignition points through a non-woven hot melt process. This method produces non-woven polyester fibre filter materials with flame retardant, waterproof, oil-repellent, and easy-to-clean properties. The manufacturing process includes the following steps:

• Raw Material Ratio and Selection
• Hot Melt Non-Woven Process
• Hot Melt Spray Finishing in One Step
The resulting non-woven polyester fibre filter material exhibits excellent flame retardant properties that meet national standards (GB/T17591-2006), ensuring long-lasting stability. It is formaldehyde-free, odorless, non-toxic, and environmentally safe for use. The material’s waterproof, oil-repellent, and easy-to-clean functionalities enhance surface cleanliness, reduce stains, improve ventilation, and ensure durability, significantly extending product lifespan.
